About CM Therapies
Hi, I’m Claire! I am a professionally qualified Complementary Health Practitioner with over 20 years of experience, supporting clients with a wide variety of conditions.
About Me
My journey into holistic therapy began in 2002 while living in Spain, where I worked as a reflexologist and massage therapist in hotels and spas. These early years gave me invaluable experience in caring for people and understanding the profound connection between body and mind.
As my career evolved, I expanded my work into doctors’ surgeries, yoga retreats, sports centres, and festivals—gaining a wide range of experience supporting clients with different needs. After four years perfecting my craft in Spain, I returned to England to take on a tutoring role at a massage training school, where I began sharing my knowledge and passion for bodywork with others.
Over The Years...
Over the past 24 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wonderfully diverse range of clients, including expectant mothers, infants, and children with conditions such as ADHD, asthma, and digestive issues. I’ve also helped athletes recover from injury and supported individuals dealing with chronic stress, pain, and emotional imbalance.

Teaching and Professional Roles
Alongside my clinical work, I am dedicated to education and sharing my experience with others:
- I teach Myofascial Release at the School of Natural Therapies in London, where I guide students in understanding and applying the principles of fascial work to support healing and movement.
- I also teach an Introduction to The Bowen Technique in Brighton for Bowen College UK, introducing practitioners and bodyworkers to this complementary approach to healing.
While Myofascial work forms the foundation of my current practice, I continue to offer Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Advanced & Deep Tissue Massage—modalities that remain close to my heart and continue to enhance the care I provide.
