Course structure
This advanced workshop builds upon the knowledge gained from the Myofascial Release and Vagus Nerve Regulation courses. Throughout the two days, we will explore the fascial system in greater depth, developing a stronger understanding of assessment, treatment strategies and how fascial connections influence movement throughout the body.
Day 1: Advanced Fascial Lines, Slings and Assessment
We will explore:
- Fascial anatomy, physiology and pathology
- The Spiral Line and fascial slings
- Movement patterns, posture and compensation
- Advanced fascial assessment techniques
Day 2: Integration, Treatment and Clinical Application
We will explore:
- Advanced Myofascial Release techniques
- Fascial connections of the cervical region, pelvis, spine and hamstrings
- Treatment integration and clinical application
- Refining assessment and practical skills
